Changing your FTP password

If you have forgotten your password for FTP or MAIN Email address, please proceed with the following steps to change it:

1. Visit http://my.ezpublishing.com and login with your CUSTOMER ID and Password. If you have forgotten your CUSTOMER ID or main account password, there are links on page that will assist you in retrieving that information.

2. Once logged in, click on the SERVICES link on the top.

3. Click on the domain name of the account that are trying to connect with FTP/Email.

4. Once redirected to the control panel, click on the 'Change Password' link and follow the instructions on the next page. NOTE, a common mistake is to enter the password with a trailing or leading space. Be careful not to have a space unless you actually want it.

NOTE: Also, be sure that you enter your username in all *lowercase*. That is a common problem, generally some people assume it may be the password, but in fact the username is case sensitive and should be entered in all lower case.
